Job Description:

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on
the application of scientific nursing principles. Assist in surgery
under strict protocols, functioning as an essential part of the
surgical team. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in
patients' conditions while maintaining accurate and detailed
records. Interact and communicate effectively with the surgical
team and other departments linked to patient care. Administer
medications, manage intravenous lines, observe and maintain
records, and assure adherence to all regulatory compliance. Prepare
patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments and
analyze data to determine the requirement for care. Proven ability
to operate specialized surgical equipment. Strong analytical and
critical thinking skills. Excellent teamwork capabilities. Highly
proficient in handling emergency situations under pressure within
the operating room settings. Capable of performing various nursing
functions associated with the patient's care in surgical
procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the State
of Florida or multistate licensure through the Nurse Licensure
Compact. BLS Certification. ACLS Certification preferred.
