HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Float Pool. This position entails providing top-notch nursing care across multiple medical-surgical units, requiring the ability to quickly assimilate into different team environments and manage varying patient care situations with expertise and compassion. As a key member of our dedicated healthcare team, you will leverage your extensive nursing skills to enhance patient outcomes, adhere to the highest standards of safety, and positively impact our community's health. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in multiple medical-surgical settings. Assess patient needs, plan and implement patient care plans, and document all patient interactions. Adjust nursing care plans as needed based on the evaluation of patient assessments and diagnostics. Participate in educational programs to update skills and knowledge. Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting Excellent patient assessment and care planning skills Ability to work effectively in diverse team environments Adaptable and resilient in various clinical settings Proficient in using medical software and patient care technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
