Job Description:
Mayo Clinic, a leading nonprofit in medical practice and
research, seeks a dedicated RN Inpatient Cardiovascular to join our
expert team providing top-notch care. This role focuses on
delivering compassionate, specialized cardiovascular care to
patients, integrating clinical practice with education and research
to offer the best in-person health services. The successful
candidate will work in a dynamic environment where patient care is
deeply aligned with the latest research advancements. Provide
direct nursing care to cardiovascular patients in an inpatient
setting. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in
collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient health and
record signs within patient medical files as per the clinical
protocols. Administer medications, monitor post-surgical recovery,
and educate patients and their families on heart health.
Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare
professionals to refine patient treatment plans based on ongoing
research and clinical trials. Strong clinical skills in
cardiovascular patient care Proficient in using medical software
and clinical documentation Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment Expertise in patient health monitoring and implementing
healthcare protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
