Job Description:

Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team. This role is pivotal in
enhancing our patient care by providing clinical guidance and
serving as a resource for nursing staff within our institution. As
a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will leverage your extensive nursing
knowledge and skills to support various departments, ensuring the
highest standards of care are maintained across all levels. Your
expertise will not only promote excellence in clinical practices
but also empower our nursing staff through guidance, education, and
support in complex patient care situations. Serve as a primary
clinical resource for nursing staff across various departments.
Conduct educational sessions to elevate nursing competencies and
quality of care. Implement and evaluate patient care standards and
protocols. Assist in the development of nursing policies and
procedures. Support clinical operations and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to streamline patient care processes.
Provide direct patient care as needed and model exemplary clinical
practices. Advanced clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage stress effectively in
high-pressure environments. Proficiency in using medical software
and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed or
eligible for licensure in the state of practice. Certification in a
specialty area (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency Nursing, etc.)
preferred.
