Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a dedicated and
skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency
Department team. As part of the HCA Florida Healthcare network, our
facility provides cutting-edge care in a state-of-the-art

development. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in
delivering urgent and life-saving healthcare services,
collaborating closely with a team of medical professionals to
ensure the highest standards of patient care are met. Provide
immediate clinical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration
with the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications, perform
procedures, and monitor patient status efficiently under
high-pressure conditions. Maintain accurate and complete health
care records and report any variance in clinical conditions.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
preventive care. Participate in continuous educational and
professional development activities to stay current with the latest
practices in emergency nursing. Expertise in triage, resuscitation,
and stabilization of patients in emergency situations. Proficiency
in the use of medical equipment typical of emergency departments.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Effective
communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and
medical staff. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state
of Florida or multistate license.
