Job Description:
Ascension seeks a dedicated Cardiovascular Tech to join our
faith-based healthcare organization, committed to pioneering
innovations in health and supporting our community with
personalized care. This role involves utilizing specialized
equipment to conduct tests on patients’ cardiovascular systems
under the direction of physicians, supporting the diagnosis and
treatment of heart and blood vessel issues. Our ideal candidate is
an empathetic individual who aligns with our mission to
compassionately serve the community by promoting optimal health
outcomes. Perform cardiovascular tests including
electrocardiograms, stress tests, and vascular ultrasound
procedures. Analyze test results and provide information to the
healthcare team. Maintain cardiovascular equipment to ensure
operational efficacy. Educate patients on test procedures and
post-test care. Adhere to safety and health guidelines to protect
patients and staff. Proficiency in the use of cardiovascular
diagnostic equipment. Strong analytical skills to interpret medical
data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability
to work collaboratively in a high-stress environment. Medical

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
