Job Description:
Join the dedicated team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital as
a Registered Nurse in our Medical-Surgical Unit. In this role,
you'll work night shifts providing compassionate, high-quality care
in our state-of-the-art hospital. You will manage a variety of
conditions and treatment plans and collaborate with a skilled team
of healthcare professionals to deliver superior patient care. This
position supports our mission to offer a comprehensive range of
healthcare services and contributes to our overall goal of
optimizing patient outcomes in a sophisticated medical setting.
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established
policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the
best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient’s
symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive
care. Administer medications, monitor their effects, and maintain
detailed patient records regarding interventions and treatments.
Offer support and education to patients and their families
regarding post-hospital care. Clinical skills Strong organizational
