Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, a cutting-edge medical
facility within the HCA Florida Healthcare network, is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Specializing in the care of ill or
premature newborn infants, our NICU is equipped with
state-of-the-art technology to provide the highest level of care.
This full-time, night-shift position offers a unique opportunity to
work in a supportive environment focused on patient care and
professional growth. Provide direct and individualized nursing care
to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and
records. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients'
responses and conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare
team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care
plans. Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment.
Participate in the development and modification of care plans
together with other health professionals. Ensure critical care and
appropriate interventions for newborns in the NICU. Strong clinical
skills with a focus on neonatal care. Ability to function well
under stress and during high-pressure situations. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in clinical
systems and software used in NICU settings. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida. Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Certification in
Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred.
