We’re seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (Generalist) to join a dedicated hospital team in central Florida , working full-time night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) . Position Overview: As a key member of the lab team, you’ll perform and interpret complex testing in all major areas, ensuring quality results that support critical clinical decisions. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that values precision, teamwork, and growth. What You’ll Do: Perform testing in Microbiology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. Analyze, interpret, and verify results for accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Schedule: Full-time night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends Requirements: Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required. ASCP certification (MT or MLS) strongly preferred. Experience in Microbiology and Blood Bank required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
