Assess patient condition by examining their level of pain, movement strength, joint flexibility, and motor function. Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and home environment. Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques, exercises, and patient education to recover physical function and enhance patient independence. Evaluate and document patient progress, modifying the treatment plan as needed. Consult with other healthcare professionals to integrate physical therapy treatment with overall care plans. Ensure compliance with all professional, company, and regulation standards at all times. Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, methods, and tools Excellent patient management skills and comfort in a home setting Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs and responsive environments Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team Strong organizational and documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist state license CPR certified
