Job Description:
Job Description This regional medical center in Valdosta, GA is
seeking a board certified/board eligible Radiologist to provide
best in class quality healthcare to our community. The Medical
Center is the most comprehensive health system serving South
Georgia and North Florida. It operates four hospitals across
Lowndes, Berrien, and Lanier counties. The system also operates
ambulance services, an extensive medical office network, a cancer
center, hospice facility, retirement center, skilled nursing
facility, imaging centers and urgent cares. Service lines of
regional prominence include heart and vascular, stroke, trauma,
cancer, orthopedics, surgery, and women and infants. Position
Description: Full-time position Week Days 8am-6pm, (Hours/Days may
vary slightly) Shared Call: 1:7, Weekend shifts when on call:
8am-4pm Evenings and nights covered by Tele-Radiology Carestream
PACS System Hospital based employment or work for a radiology group

radiology group Qualifications: Board eligible/certified by
American Board of Radiology Eligible for unrestricted medical
licensure in the State of Georgia Demonstrated ability to
collaborate and communicate effectively within an
inter-disciplinary team and with referring physicians to provide
high quality patient care Experience with the EPIC electronic
medical record is a significant plus. Valdosta is one of Georgia’s
