Qualifications: - MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery - Active/Unrestricted Medical License - Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine Education Required Doctorate of Medicine Education Preferred Doctorate of Medicine Experience - 5-7 years Residency Training Required License and Certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred - Licensed Physician Required Location Baptist Beaches 1350 13th Avenue South Jacksonville Beach, FL, 32250 Location Overview Baptist Health, founded in 1955, is North Florida’s most comprehensive health care system and the area’s only non-profit, mission-driven, locally governed health care provider.
