Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our Medical Surgical team, focusing on providing high-quality
patient care during night shifts. As part of a leading national

to aid in recovery and ensure patient safety through vigilant
monitoring and compassionate care. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate nursing care for surgical patients. Administer
medications, monitor vital signs, and record patient progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize
patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on post-surgical
care and health maintenance. Ensure adherence to all hospital
safety protocols and healthcare regulations. Proficiency in
medical-surgical nursing protocols and standards. Strong
organizational and communication skills. Ability to operate medical
equipment and perform complex procedures. Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Empathy and a patient-centered approach to
care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of
employment. BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart
Association.
