Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites dedicated Registered Nurses to apply for
a rolling position in our Med Surg Float Pool, aimed at providing
top-tier care across our diverse patient population. This role is
designed for adaptive nurses who thrive in varying environments,
exemplifying our commitment to improve human life. Tasked with
delivering patient-centered healthcare, our nurses adapt to
different Med Surg units, working closely with skilled teams to
ensure comprehensive care. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing
care to patients in various Med Surg units. Adapt to the dynamic
requirements of different medical surgical settings within the
hospital. Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement
effective patient care plans. Ensure rigorous documentation and
maintenance of patient charts and records. Administer medications
and treatments accurately and safely, following all hospital
protocols. Strong clinical skills in a Medical Surgical setting
Excellent adaptability to different units and patient needs
Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records
(EHR) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
