Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home health team, providing excellent care directly in patient’s homes. This role is critical in helping patients recover and maintain their full mobility and quality of life following surgeries, injuries, or in dealing with chronic conditions. As part of HCA Healthcare, you will work in a supportive environment with access to ongoing training and a clear path to personal career development. Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients with exercises and mobility training. Document patient progress and report back to supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and families on home exercises and therapy routines. Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Travel to patient homes to deliver therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Physical stamina to handle the demands of frequent travel and patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license. CPR/BLS Certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
