Gainesville, FLResponsibilities:--- Takes inbound or places
outbound calls to provide information to customers.--- Utilizes a
database to retrieve customer or company information.
Qualifications:--- High School Diploma/GED required--- 0-2+ years'
experience in service (i.e. retail/restaurant), call center
experience a plus but not required.--- Reliable, good attendance
(must be flexible on schedule based on business needs).--- Able to
multitask and be detailed oriented.--- Good verbal and written
communication skills. --- Flexibility on work schedule
