Job Description:

Aramark is seeking a Corrections General Manager to lead our facilities and maintenance services within correctional institutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards in compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering superior service to meet client needs. As a leader within Aramark, the Corrections General Manager will oversee multiple functions, manage a large team, and implement innovative strategies to enhance performance and efficiency. Oversee the daily operations of facilities and maintenance services within a correctional environment. Ensure all services are compliant with state and federal regulations. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality. Manage budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation processes effectively. Lead, train, and develop a team of facility management professionals. Coordinate with other Aramark departments and external agencies to ensure integrated service delivery. Conduct regular inspections and audits to adhere to health and safety standards. Report to senior management on performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in facilities management software and systems In-depth knowledge of correctional institution regulations and standards Ability to manage large teams and complex budgets Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar credentials. Compliance certification related to correctional facilities operations.
