Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR leadership and align HR strategies with
company objectives
Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent
acquisition and development
Utilize HR analytics and reporting to track key performance
indicators and inform workforce planning
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field (Master's degree preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a
leadership role
Strong knowledge of global HR best practices and employment
laws
Experience in strategic HR planning and building relationships with
senior leaders
Experience in a global organization or complex, matrixed
environment is desirable
