Job Description Job Description Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. What you will do in this role: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality. Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis. Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement. Requirement: 1 year of recent (within the last year) acute care Med-Surg RN experience Required Needs to be flexible in floating to multiple units Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required. Shifts available: 3*12-hour shifts Days: 7a-7p (Rotating weekends) Nights: 7p-7a (Rotating weekends) Shift Differentials: Nights $4.25 and the weekend: $3 Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
