TheTransplant Cellular TherapyClinical Pharmacy Specialist is
responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy
services for the TCT clinic. This individual serves as a resource
for the BMT/Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other
pharmacists. Duties will include the coordination, education, and
medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating
medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on
quality projects. Additional duties will include the coordination
and application of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating

quality projects. Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds
including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be
performed. EXPERIENCE: Looking for a Board Certified Oncology
Pharmacist (BCOP) Completed a residency in this area and has a few
years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) Pharmacist in an acute
hospital setting * MUST HAVE ONCOLOGY and BMT EXPERIENCE Candidates
MUST HAVE TCT, CAR-T, or BMT EXPERIENCE Must have FL Pharmacy
