Career Center Inc. Direct Hire Division has a client looking for
a Tech Support II to troubleshoot advanced computer and network
problems and provide help desk support.
Direct Hire Opportunity!
Schedule: FT, hours based on business needs
Salary: $24 - 31/hr

- Troubleshoot advanced computer and network problems
- Provide L2 help desk support
- Provide mentoring/training for L1 help desk support
- Advanced Active Directory setup and administration
- Excellent written documentation
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors in order to support the
- Assist with projects
- Ensure a positive internal and external customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years in a technical support role
- Extensive experience with setup and administration of Windows
Servers, Active Directory, firewalls/routers, and core network
- Intimate understanding of small/medium network designs
- Extensive experience with backup solutions and concepts
- Attention to detail
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- MCSE or MCITP Certification and experience in an IT Services
company (aka Managed Service Provider) highly preferred
