qualified Senior .NET Developer with experience developing and
building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You
will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand

work authorization for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Develop
MVP User Stories (Re-usable components/ API’s / UI / Mock stubs
etc.) • Support backlog creation, prioritization, and Story mapping
• Support in technical design and solutioning • Ability to work
across tiers – UI development, APIs, databases (basic developer
level tasks) • Ability to utilize DevOps CI/CD pipeline,
create/configure build and deploy jobs • Experience working in XP
and pair programming model and understands and performs TDD •
Responsible for assigned task delivery and quality and knowledge
transfer through daily pairing with Duke team members • Motivated
and energetic engineers who are passionate about software
modernization • Must be able to clearly communicate with team
members and leadership • Participate in paired programming and XP
development • Strong ability to work independently when required •
Turn complex ideas into manageable pieces of work • Hands-on,
Individual contribution and Mentor other developers in team •
Support team members on troubleshooting Required Qualification: •
Bachelor’s degree in computer science\Computer Information Systems
or 8-12 years of applicable development experience. • Full stack
developer experience needed (both frontend and backend) • 4-6 years
of experience developing .NET or Framework Applications in C#
(backend) • 3-4 years of experience developing in React and Next.js
(Frontend) • 3-4 years of experience with SQL. • 3-4 years of
experience with Git and git-flow methodologies • 3-4 years of
experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, GitLab CI/CD or
Jenkins. • Developer with solid experience in development tools for
Microsoft .NET systems including C# and .Net • Utilize Agile
methodology to plan and update status using Jira. • Delivery
ownership of assigned module • Ability to understand the future
Architecture and work with the team to provide required technical
direction • Assists with testing and migrating code through test
regions. Ensures adherence to appropriate design, coding and source
control standards. Leads design and code walkthrough as a presenter
or reviewer. • Production troubleshooting skills. Coordinates and
performs routine maintenance for emergency patches, service packs
and upgrades. • Process Change Requests and Quality Assurance (QA)
documentation for project implementations and support changes.
