in Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Programs, Transition
Centers, and Community Release Centers, for offenders and probation

continued success. In this role, we are looking for individuals
with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping
and challenging others . The ideal candidate will be required to
perform the following: SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist will
provide technical support and assistance to Bridges International
and all affiliates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Install, repair, configure,
update and/or re-image networked Windows PCs. Responsible for all
help desk questions and/or inquiries. Reset passwords for all
supported systems as needed. Setup new and/or closeout terminated
accounts for all supported systems except the active directory.
Assist with maintaining inventory and inventory needs. Update
master system images for respective computer models. Maintain
inventory and stock room, which requires lifting and carrying up to
50 pounds. Responsible for onsite hardware installations, which
requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Must be able to
travel when needed. Must maintain a valid drivers’ license. Must be
available to work occasional evenings or weekend shifts. Must be
able to perform the major functions of the jo with or without
accommodations. Required to attend all mandatory training specified
by policy Report all Workers Compensation injuries, whether they
require medical attention or not, to their immediate supervisor and
Human Resources. Report all unsafe conditions that could affect
clients/inmates or employees which you become aware of immediately
to your immediate supervisor and Human Resources. Ensure that all
applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of
the job description are followed and adhered to. Performs other
job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications COMPETENCIES: Excellent problem solving/analysis
skills, Communications proficiency, Ethical conduct, High level of
confidentiality, Exceptional Customer Service, Keen attention to
detail. EXPERIENCE: 2 years related experience. Knowledge of basic
PC hardware and networking. Extensive application support
experience. EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Associate
degree in related Technology field preferred. PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
CERTIFICATIONS: Vocational training or certification preferred. %
OF TRAVEL REQUIRED: 25%-50% Education and Experience may be
substituted for each other on a year-for-year basis as deemed
applicable.
