Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking an experienced
Real Estate Attorney for a contract opportunity with a reputable
firm in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong
experience handling both transactional and litigation matters
within the real estate space. Responsibilities: Manage residential
and commercial real estate transactions from contract through
closing Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases,
amendments, and related transactional documents Handle title
review, objections, and closing oversight Advise clients on land
use and zoning matters, including due diligence and regulatory
compliance Support and/or manage real estate litigation, including
drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Communicate directly
with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and title companies
Qualifications: Active Florida Bar license in good standing 4 years
of experience in real estate law Strong background in residential
and commercial transactions Experience with land use, zoning, title
review, and closings Litigation experience related to real estate
disputes preferred Ability to independently manage files and meet
