projects. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our
concrete paver plant and drive operational excellence. Position
Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing
all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality
control, supply chain management, and workforce development. This
role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and
quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key
Responsibilities: Lead and manage plant operations, ensuring
efficient production processes and high-quality standards. Develop
and implement strategic plans to optimize plant performance and
achieve company goals. Monitor production schedules, inventory
levels, and resource allocation to meet customer demands. Ensure
compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety
within the workforce. Manage and mentor plant management team,
fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align
production capabilities with market demands. Analyze production
data and key performance indicators to identify areas for
improvement. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
of the plant. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Operations,
Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment,
preferably in the concrete industry. Strong understanding of
production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability
to analyze data and drive decision-making for operational
improvements. Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental
