Description JOB SUMMARY:
SRI Management, LLC is seeking motivated candidates for the
position of Director of Sales for our beautiful new construction
senior living community, Harpers Station of
Gainesville located in beautiful Gainesville, VA . Candidates
must be self-starters with a proven track record of exceptional
sales results. The ideal candidate will have experience pre-leasing
for new construction, and developing sales plans an initiatives to
ensure occupancy goals are met. Will be required to develop a
strong network of resources to generate potential leads. The
Director of Sales will work with local resources to promote the
community and develop positive media coverage
while promoting the upcoming opening to the surrounding

Conducts tours in the community, accepts and answers sales

Plans and hosts special sales events at the community or other
venues promoting your community.
Maintains an up-to-date inquiry/lead database.
Reviews/updates the quarterly action plan on a quarterly basis
to meet changing needs of community.
Achieves all occupancy goals as established by executive
Visits each area of the community on a daily basis to ensure
areas are clean, safe, and project the appropriate atmosphere/image
for residents, family members, and visitors, and reports findings
to the executive director.
Responsible for all closings, processes appropriate move-in
paperwork, and notifies and disperses such paperwork to appropriate
Ensures that only approved designs are used in advertisements
and marketing collateral's.
Responds promptly and courteously to resident’s requests.
Takes the initiative in work, seeks out additional information,
and offers solutions/suggestions.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to
four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Working knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft and YARDI
Must submit to and pass a drug test pursuant to Company
Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes random testing.
Must submit to and pass a level 2 background screening
