Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides case management services for children and families referred by the child welfare and foster care system, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect or abandonment, so all children grow to their full potential. Based out of Trenton, FL, this position is responsible for ensuring the safety of youth referred by child welfare, including conducting home visits, providing assessments, and coordinating temporary and permanency placement, as well as ensuring the overall social, physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of parents and care-givers.

**What is Devereux doing to support and protect the health and safety of our staff during the COVID-19 pandemic?**

+ Bachelor's degree in social work or related field _required_ .


+ Two (2) years of experience working in family case management or child welfare is _preferred_ .

**Other Requirements:**

+ Child Welfare Protection Professional (CWCM, CPI, CWP, etc.) _preferred and will assist to obtain within 12 months from date of hire._

+ Must have valid Florida Driver's License

+ Must be able to complete a three day new hire orientation class (Monday - Friday); hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm

+ On-call rotation

+ Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, TB Test and Influenza Vaccine

+ Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate's understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
