OPS-CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
This position is in a 24-hour Medical Residential Facility.
The primary function of this position is to provide direct
supports and services to residents requiring 24-hour medical care
in the implementation of their individual active treatment plans as
prescribed by their Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) while maintaining
their overall safety and well-being.
Assists residents with completion of their routine self-care
needs and daily living activities, such as personal hygiene,
dressing, leisure activities, and social activities and community
outings. Escort residents to medical and therapy appointments
