Job Description:

A company is looking for a QA Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA initiatives for Eagle STAR, including test strategy and execution
Mentor QA team and provide guidance in test planning and execution
Create and manage test plans, cases, and scripts for Eagle STAR functions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Over 5 years of software quality assurance experience, emphasizing Eagle STAR
Strong grasp of investment banking processes and domain
Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and SQL database experience
Track record leading QA teams and managing testing efforts
