Job Description:
A company is looking for a People and Culture Assistant to
support the recruitment and coordination of interviews and
calendars for a high volume of talent acquisition searches.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with job applicants throughout
the hiring process
Communicate externally with job applicants in a clear and
enthusiastic manner
Coordinate calendars of hiring teams and recruiters, ensuring
real-time updates in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications:
Experience engaging with marginalized groups
Interest in equity issues in mission-inspired organizations
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Suite applications
Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is
a plus
