Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AI engineers
and data scientists
Lead and manage a team of AI professionals, including performance
management and mentoring
Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategies and roadmaps
aligned with business goals
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in AI/ML, with hands-on
experience in developing and deploying AI solutions
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Master's degree
in Computer Applications (MCA) or an equivalent qualification
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such
as Python, R, or Java
In-depth knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and
frameworks
