Job Description:
A company is looking for a Washington Licensed School Counselor
for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual counseling sessions with students individually or
in groups
Provide guidance in academic goal setting, course selection, and
career planning
Assess and address students' social and emotional needs, including
stress management and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a
related field
Valid state licensure or certification as a school counselor (if
applicable)
Proven experience as a school counselor, preferably in a virtual or
online education setting
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, mental
health issues, and counseling techniques
Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms, technology tools,
and online learning management systems
