Comprehensive Rehabilitation ServicesUF Health Shands Rehab Services is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care to individuals throughout north central Florida. Our comprehensive rehabilitation programs aim to create a safe and comfortable environment that empowers individuals to manage their care independently, return to a functional lifestyle, and improve their quality of life.We foster close working relationships between our referring physicians, therapists, support staff, University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions, and the University of Florida Athletics Program. Our therapists provide rehabilitation services and education to patients, offering continuing education, journal clubs, staff mentoring, and opportunities for involvement in student clinical education and our UF Health accredited residency programs in Sports and Orthopedics.Our ServicesWe offer a comprehensive facility providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to the high school and adult population. Our specialties include orthopedics, neurology, and pelvic health. We also have a wheelchair seating clinic and pool therapy programs.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a Rehab Therapy field.
• No previous clinical experience is necessary.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in a broad range of therapy services and settings.
• Strong communication skills.Licensure/Certification/Registration: You must be a Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Florida.Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: As an employee in this position, you will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver.'
