Do you have a passion for building Apps, Reports and Dashboards? Interested in migrating current legal, compliance and risk processes to Onspring? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist with building and managing Triad's Onspring PROD and DEV environments including user management, configuration, and customization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform's efficient and secure operation. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will collaborate with various teams across the company to develop, customize, implement, and manage the Onspring software. Onspring System Management:1. Design custom Apps and maintain the Onspring platform (PROD and DEV), ensuring it meets Triad's unique needs and requirements for manufactured home lending governance, risk and compliance.2. Monitor and manager user access, roles and permissions in both the PROD and DEV environments.3. Perform testing, design workflows, work with IT/IS and vendors on issues, upgrades, updates, and enhancement requests.4. Develop dashboards for various applications to develop consistent system reporting.5. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and patching.6. Document system configurations and procedures.7. Provide technical assistance including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.8. Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.9. Serve as the go-to authority on Onspring products, develop and provide training sessions and technical support to internal GRC teams and end users. Continuous Improvement:1. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within the Onspring platform.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline GRC workflows for the legal, compliance and risk teams.3. Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance Onspring capabilities.4. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or similar preferred.
• Onspring Certified Administrator certification from Onspring
• Proven experience (2 + years) in Onspring software administration, functions and features.
• Experience with data management, process automation and dashboards/reporting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, as well as problem solving and analysis.
