Job Description:
A company is looking for a Blockchain Protocol Architect.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop novel research and approaches to solve
scalability and security challenges in core protocols
Collaborate with product leaders and executives to gather
requirements and provide design guidance
Work closely with developers on core protocol teams to provide
architecture brainstorming and code reviews
Required Qualifications:
Deep familiarity and proven track record with Ethereum and rollup
protocols
Mastery of multiple programming languages, including Go and
preferably Rust
Experience with distributed systems engineering and protocols
Minimum 8+ years of senior development experience, with 3 or more
in the blockchain or cryptography industry
Experience mentoring and developing less-experienced engineers
