• Work with worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence.
• Responsible for recruiting, training, and maintaining serve staff team.
• Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules.
• Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff.
• Program lighting and media content for weekend services.
• Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience.
• Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions.
• Execute high-quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team.
• Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues that may occur.
• Maintain production team equipment and software.
• Disciple and lead serve staff team and encourage growth both spiritually and in their serve staff position.
• Attend and contribute to central, campus, and one-on-one meetings.
• Other duties as needed.

• Familiar with Planning Center Online.
• Working knowledge of MAC OS.Education & Experience
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in team leadership, live production, audio, video, and lighting.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
    • This is a full-time position. Days of work are Sunday through Thursday.
    • This job operates in varied environments including office, stage, and tech booth.Physical Demands
      • This job is typically active and not in one place for long periods of time. It will sometimes require the ability to lift heavy equipment, use tools, and move staging equipment.Code of Conduct
