QA Manager + Gen AI Architect



Role Description

We are looking for experienced professionals in Financial Institution Quality Assurance

Role Objectives

Develop and Implement Automation Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Continuous Integration: Ensure the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to maintain continuous quality.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and product quality.
Performance Testing: Oversee performance and load testing to ensure the software meets performance requirements.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing and automation.



Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.



Experience:

15 years of professional experience in delivering large multifunctional projects. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.



Technical Skills:

Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Strong experience with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Using Gen AI model for Test Automation
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Knowledge of LLM models



Leadership Skills:

Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.



Preferred Qualifications

Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $93,000
Pay Range Maximum: $191,400

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
