About the Role
- As Sales Operations Lead, you will be blending expertise in sales management, operations, and systems to drive the success of our sales team. You will play a critical role in delivering world class reporting to the entire sales team and executive leadership. You'll help shape our sales strategy through data and analytics in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance Leadership. You will also be involved in the sales process by following up on inbound inquiries, qualifying marketing leads, and responding to customer inquiries. What You'll Do

  • Salesforce administration - maintain platform, provide technical support, perform configuration tasks, manage system updates and new features, and govern user access, security, roles and profiles.
  • Sales pipeline management - assure accuracy and completeness of the sales pipeline by working closely with Sales and Marketing functions and implementing automated routines to support the process, reporting on opportunity progression through the funnel, and assisting the Sales Leadership in assuring data quality and integrity in the funnel
  • Support sales planning and incentive process by assisting in setting quarterly and annual team targets, quotas, objectives and performance metrics; interface with HR to assure timely and accurate incentive payouts.
  • Design and deliver insightful reporting to Sales team and executive leadership
  • Follow up on inbound customer inquiries, perform lead qualification, respond to customer inquiries, support supply / demand process by monitoring availability of stock versus projected demand. Key requirements:
    • Salesforce proficiency including experience with administration, configuration, data modeling, report design, user roles and security.
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales support and sales operations
    • Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.
    • Extensive experience with sales pipeline management, forecasting, sales planning, incentive plan management
    • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to surface the right data with relative ease.
