Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 at plan Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients--- questions Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Contact management Lead generation Mastering showing and buyer agent skills Lead follow up Qualifications: Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Real estate license required About Company Keller Williams Gainesville Realty Partners is one of the most collaborative offices and home of the gators KW agents We are the home for multiple teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top producers in our Region We are also consistently the 1 office in our area.
