A company is looking for a Business Development and Sales
Director in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand growth channels and establish partnerships to enhance
patient acquisition and drive conversion and retention
strategies
Nurture relationships and identify opportunities within the
healthcare ecosystem, specifically in the employer, payor, and
managed care space
Play a vital role in establishing the foundation and infrastructure
for the growing team and organization
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience
Experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or a
quota-carrying role within the healthcare industry
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster
collaboration
Experience in health-tech business development, diagnostics
industry, or clinical administration is preferred
Strong connections and relationships in the field are a plus
