Position SummaryProvide prompt and courteous service to customers that includes: sales, merchandising, order processing, pricing, product research, promotional activities and all aspects of customer service. Showroom stocking, organization and cleaning are required on an as needed basis.Essential Job FunctionGreet customers in a professional and helpful manner.Provide prompt, courteous service by listening to the customers needs and requests and respond accordingly.Expeditious and accurate processing of any and all customer warranty claims and credit returns due to broader knowledge of vendors. Completing all appropriate documentation, receiving product items back prior to processing of any claims or credits in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Recommend additional products for purchase to customers and enter sales orders into Sales Order Entry System.
