Job Description:
Objective: The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is
responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and
optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician
offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in the area
of medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will be required to
demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory
business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and
objectives. Responsibilities include coordination and integration
with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field based
employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive
acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area
and geography. Required: Bachelor Degree Pharmaceutical and/or
Medical Device sales experience Strong communication skills and
business acumen Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver
results Valid driver’s license Preferred: 5 years pharmaceutical
sales experience 3 years medical dermatology sales experience
Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment
Experience promoting high-science products Product launch
experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment
Personal Skills/Attributes: This individual must have a positive
attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while
maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals. This
individual should be highly motivated and highly professional.
Capable of building trust with their matrix team and transparent,
ethical and compliant in all their activities. They should be
proficient at selling and presenting detailed scientific subject

the forefront of all we do. General Responsibilities/Decision
Making Authority: Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for the understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data,
and reports Responsible for timely call reporting and expense
reporting Responsible for managing promotional budgets within their
territory Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual
sales goals Supervision Received: Reports to Regional Sales Manager
Interactions with Others: Interacts at multiple levels inside and
outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of
professionalism are essential. The presently-anticipated base
compensation pay range for this position is $94k to $ 136k. Actual
base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including
but not limited to geographical location and experience. In
addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan. Employees
