Job Description:
Year Up invites ambitious and motivated young adults to join our
Business Operations Job Training Program, aimed at equipping
participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to
excel in today's fast-paced business environments. This one-year,
intensive training program combines theoretical learning with
real-world experience, providing a unique blend of academic rigor
and practical internship opportunities at top companies.
Participants will finish the program ready to launch successful
careers in business operations, supported by a network of
professionals and Year Up's ongoing career services. Attend
workshops and seminars to learn core business principles such as
project management, operations strategy, and process improvement.
Participate in a full-time, 6-month internship with a leading
company to apply academic learnings in a practical environment.
Collaborate with peers and program mentors to complete project
assignments and enhance teamwork abilities. Engage in rigorous
academic coursework and hands-on activities designed to foster
professional development and personal growth. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in diverse
team settings Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and business management
software No specific certifications required; any business-related
certifications will be considered a plus.
